We're excited to welcome students, families, and staff to a new school year filled with learning, growth, and connection.
We're thrilled to welcome our new Vice Principal, Ms. Sarah Gerber, to the Little Falls team this year. She's excited to join our community and looks forward to meeting students, families, and staff in the weeks ahead.
This year, we're proud to support over 450 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6. At Little Falls, we work together; students, families, staff, and the wider community, to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming school for all. Our learning is guided by the AMDSB Strategic Plan, focusing on three key ideas: We are Well, We are Prepared, and We are Engaged. This year, we're placing a strong focus on building solid literacy and numeracy skills, alongside healthy social-emotional development, to help every student thrive academically and personally.
We're also grateful for our amazing School Council! Their fundraising efforts help provide students with opportunities like music festivals, performances, field trips, swimming, skating, and classroom resources. If you'd like to get involved, we'd love to have you join us. Volunteers are always welcome, just contact your child's teacher or the office to learn more. A current Vulnerable Sector Check is required and valid for two years.
Whether you're new to Little Falls or returning, we're so glad you're here. Let's make this year a great one, full of learning, laughter, and community spirit.
